PORTFLIO + ABOUT ME
I’m Dylan, a Studio Art major at the University of Texas at Austin, and I’ve always been the person watching the background before the actors. The backdrops, the sets, and the details of a space are what pull me into a story and make it feel real. To me, production design is what gives a show its world and allows an audience to be fully immersed without even realizing why. Through my studio art training, I’ve developed skills in building, painting, sculpting, and designing, and I’m now combining those foundations with focused coursework and hands-on experience in production design. I’m drawn to the intersection of art, storytelling, and physical space, and I’m working toward a career where I can help create environments that don’t just support a narrative but become part of it.
